Why regular servicing matters
Label adhesive, paper dust and ribbon residue accumulate over time. Platen rollers wear, sensors become dirty and printers are often run hotter than necessary to compensate for deteriorating print quality. Regular inspection helps catch these issues before they turn into a production stoppage.
